Hello, I have a problem with my registration. I paid EUR 300,00 for a full license because I own more than 5 motorcycles. But my device can not be registered. I have to choose my Google account and then the notice is "x Fehler Sie müssen mit dem Internet verbunden sein um sich zu registrieren" (You have to be connected to although it is connected by wifi-connection. This tablet (Samsung S3) is mostly offline and only sometimes connectet to the world wide web by wifi. In my garage is no connection to www possible. How can I use my full licenced TuneECU app? If you have followed the link and are still having problems, please contact the developer (Alain Fontaine).

Hopefully someone can help me out here. Purchased, and registered the new release of tune ecu. It’s all up and running fine. Uploading a map into my 2020 rocket 3R, load gets to 100 percent, even dings like it’s completed, but then I get a download failed dialog box. Then prompts me to turn ignition off for 5 seconds. Turn back on, runs recovery, but does the exact same thing. Still have TFT display stuff, but no fuel pump and bike one start. Voltage maintained at 13.1. Map has been tested and is being used by others. Any idea what’s going on? jlagraveTry opening a new thread in the "support" forum, explain your problem again . Post up the contents of the file "trace.txt", you will find that in the TuneECU folder of your device. tuneecu.boards.net/thread/945/get-support-information-required

Your android device should have presented you with the option to open (peut-être <<installer>> en français ?) the file runecu.apk when the download finished. Of nit, you need to use a file manager app to find the file tuneecu.apk on your device. It is noat likely in a fomder named Downloads in your main storage. Find the file and tap it, the installation should begin. You will be prompted to allow the install of an app from an unkwon source, you need to allow that permission for this installation. At the end of the process, tap the "open" button (<<Lancer>> ??).

Do you have to have a specific cable to tune and load maps? I have a cable and just downloaded the latest version of the app and I'm not seeing anything about remapping or tuning. Any help will be greatly appreciated. 2005 Rocket

I purchased the new tuneecu app from google drive and I am using the blue slacks android emulator. I am trying to connect to a 2007 Ducati Monster S4RS without success. I am using galleto cable (FTR usb uart) as your pdf states I need and I can connect to other programs such as JPDIAG. In the tuneecu app I selected Ducati Marelli ECU and hit connect, but it only wants to connect via bluetooth. I verified I used the same email as purchased and it says I have a license. Is there an issue using usb with the new tuneecu app?
