I was able to read the map but it isn't displaying reprogram to add a new map. Do I need an additional license? No. IIRC, you are in uncharted territory, using an Android emulator?

Like I said it isn't displaying the reprogram in the ecu drop down. I can read the map on my ecu and load the map I want to write on my ecu. My license is the same email as the one I bought it from on google store. I selected my ecu in the settings and the license doesn't seem to be an issue and I did also try selecting update license.

Hi all, I´m new in this forum. I own a Triumph Speed Triple RS (2018) and I ask you for some help. Some years ago (2017) I had a Triumph Street Triple 675 and I bought TuneEcu Lite version (it was the only one available), I paid for it and it worked fine when doing all test and adjustments. Now, I have this new bike and I have tried to reset the service litght but I cant. I get connection with the ECU and I read all live parameters, but the "test and adjust" sub menu is not highlighted, just the "connect", errors" and "information" ones. I have tried in both panels and the same happens. I have also missed the maps menu. I don´t know if it is due to my old TuneEcu version or if I have to do anything else, but prior to take a wrong way I have decided to ask.
Thnaks very much.

TuneECU "Lite" was a free demo version, that had limited functionality, if you paid for it on the Google Store then you have the full version. Lite did not allow reset of service indicator. Check your bike in the functional list, it will show the correct method of connecting, for your model. If you see "Connect" as an option in the "ECU" menu, then you are not connected. When posting with an issue it helps the support team if you inckude the conte ts of the file called "trace.txt", you will find it in the TuneECU folder.

Thank you magwych, I´ll start a new post in the support forum as you asked me. Asking your comments, I paid for the Lite version and I reset in the past the service indicator, so I suposse it is a full version. The correct method of connecting to my bike is bluetooth, as I´m doing. I do not see "connect" as an option, I see "disconnect". It was just a way of explaining that this text was active but the adjusts one not. Thanks very much for your answer.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. If that doesn't help, please use the support area and, above all, provide more information. You can find a list of the information that the support needs from you in order to be able to help at all under the following link: tuneecu.boards.net/post/4025/thread

O meu app está dando acesso negado e eu nao estou tendo acesso função testes e ajudestes Please use the support area, because here is only the information area for on-board administration. And as many times already written, without the information requested by the support, no help. Please refer: tuneecu.boards.net/post/4025/thread

Anyone one know what is new in 5.4? I see changelog up to 5.3 on post #1 but nothing after that.
