Tom. If I've no rush to use immediately, will the app be upgraded via playstore in a few days and work properly, or will we still need to go through this "off site" workround?

Thanks Tom for quick reply. I'll leave it a few days and see. Then ask him. Should give him time to sort more urgent things out

I received a message saying my license is ready in gmail I don't see it there and need to delete old license how do I do that uninstall? During the installation, TuneECU created a "Tuneecu" folder on your Android device. Open this folder with a file manager and delete the old "users.lic" and any existing "bikes.usr" there. Then start TuneECU, the app then fetches the new and activated "users.lic" from the server. Make sure that your device is connected to the Internet before starting TuneECU.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is not enough. You have to delete the files "users.lic" and / or bikkes.usr ", because they will remain in the folder even after uninstall.

Hi
Need some help. The free trial download didn't work from Alain's website so went through the Buy Now. Paid my money and nothing! Just a receipt from PayPal. Do you know where I download the app and activate it?
Cheers
John

Hi, some help would be appreciated. I'm unable to connect my ECU to the full version. On connecting the device requests to use Bluetooth and I cannot see anywhere that I can change this to default using a USB cable.
Going from the compatability list, the best option for connection to W/R/D to my 2006 Triumph Sprint ST1050 was a USB cable and I went with the Lonelec LEZBTUNEECU which I have had some sucess using the Windows version but no joy with the full android version.
Am I missing something as on the left of the win version is the list of sensors and dropdown menu to select auto / USB / Bluetooth (from memory, may not be 100% accurate) but this is absent on the android version. I have found option for sensors elsewhere but nothing to allow my device to connect without using bluetooth.
Many thanks
- Android device Samsung S10 & Android version 11 - TuneECU version: Android 5.2 - What connection is used: Cable Lonelec LEZBTUNEECU - For cable problems: Cable-Manufacturer or Source: Cable Lonelec LEZBTUNEECU - Which cable adapters are used (OTG etc.) manufacturer or source of supply: None - Loaded Map in ECU: 20106 - Bike manufacturer, model and model year Truimph Sprint ST1050 2006 - VIN of your bike (the last 6 digits of the chassis number) 276000 - Also post the contents of the "trace.txt" Not obtainiable

This can mean that either the OTG adapter is incompatible or defective. In the worst case, the Lonelec cable has a defect. But since the Lonelec cable worked with your Windows-Version, I assume that the OTG adapter does not work. The S10 comes with 2 different adapter's ex works, but only the larger is a full-fledged OTG adapter.

Thanks Tom, I'll look into that Some of these adaptors are no more than charging adaptors, they are missing the straight-through connections for the data signals.

Hello, I have a problem with my registration. I paid EUR 300,00 for a full license because I own more than 5 motorcycles. But my device can not be registered. I have to choose my Google account and then the notice is "x Fehler Sie müssen mit dem Internet verbunden sein um sich zu registrieren" (You have to be connected to although it is connected by wifi-connection. This tablet (Samsung S3) is mostly offline and only sometimes connectet to the world wide web by wifi. In my garage is no connection to www possible. How can I use my full licenced TuneECU app?
