Hi i want to ask about remapping on Aprilia Shiver900 using TuneEcu Android and Cable OBDII, when i modified the map file .hex show me on info the message *No OEM and when i reprogram the bike with these map still restricted i want to know why?
I reprogram the restricted map with the full data because my bike show on the tft display a 35kw logo for restricted.my idea is modified the 35kw map with all data of 70kw so charge on the ecu and have the display logo 35kw but full power of 70kw, i did the changes well but when a i try the bike still restricted, after i try to read the ecu map and still full power but really driving is restricted and i think it’s because the tuneecu put the no oem info in the map details. Sorry my english isn’t good😅
Hi there, I have a Tiger 900 Rally Pro and the Android Tuneecu. I downloaded the OEM map with the intention of improving it because I have always thought that this bike has intentionally limited at high revs to keep the power on the legal limit (95hp) and it seems that this is what I found, I found 2 maps I guess one for off road and the other for road, anyway, in both when full throttle the butterflies are opened 100% until 7500rpm and then they close until 80%. So I guess the first improvement could be to allow the 100% butterflies aperture on that range. Am I right? Would I need to modify the ignition tables as well?
The other weird thing I found is different maps for each cylinder, I guess is has something to do with the special ignition order of this engine, this kind of "crossplane" configuration.
And last, first suggestion: Would be great to be able to remove the 205km/h limit, is is electronically limited. And second suggestion, being able to correct the speedo would be awesome, this bike shows 10% more speed than the real.
Apart from all this, this a fucking awesome software, allowing the opportunity to tune the maps ourselfs is amazing. By the way, sorry for my bad English.
