For information, the PM area (PM = personal message) is not intended for support inquiries, please use the Support sub-forum if you need assistance.
In the future, I will no longer answer questions that are sent to me via the PM area.
Should it actually happen that you have not received any help after 2 - 3 days with problems with the app, then you can seek direct contact with the developer.
Please also consider that the support cannot be present 24 hours/365 days. On weekends and public holidays it can sometimes take longer before you get an answer and don't forget the time differences also.
