I am worry that will not be able to read map from ecu There is always a risk, but if you use the correct map that is specific to your model, and you have taken all precautions and are using the correct hardware, the risk is very small.

Hi I have an 05 triumph daytona 650. Long story short bad engine put in a 600 because I don't have the money to rebuild the 650.
Engine is running but my idle is 5500 -6000 rpm even with the throttle cabled disconnected. Is there a way to put the 600 map in my ecu? Will that change my idle speed?
Pulling my hair out.. lol.
Thank you in advance...

Which 650 map is now on the ECU?
But I can't assure that the engine will run properly then. But it's worth a try.

I have a feeling that I already know the answer to this but figured I would confirm. 2017 Triumph Street Cup... No ability to push a map to the bike, correct? I have the 30071.HEX file which is what is loaded by the dealer... but I wanted to see if I could simply uncheck or disable the O2 sensors so that I can unplug them and have the bike properly tuned on a dyno with a PCV.
So I don't need to actually tune the bike with TuneECU, I just need to disable the O2 sensors or tell it to simply ignore them so that I don't throw a code and error light on the dash.
Not possible, correct?

Additionally, the map will not open in the Android app. Says it is the wrong format or corrupt. I have downloaded 3 different copies from different sources, including this forum, and they all get the same result. Can't open them with the Android app, which is on the latest update... Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus with all the latest updates...

Not possible, correct? According to the settings in this map in TuneECU, this is possible. Map screen---Menu "Map" --- "Parameters" --- "Devices" You can download the map here
